By making a booking with LP Imaging, you agree to our terms and conditions.

Still Photo Rights and Usage

The original agent or agency/group who booked the still photography service has licensed usage rights to the images on any electronic or printed form for the booked campaign period. The license holder owns the license, not the photos. Other parties who would like to use the images will need permission from LP Imaging.

Raw still images are not supplied to any party, including the client or vendor.

Video Rights and Usage

The original agent or group who booked the videography service has usage rights to the final video product on any electronic form for the booked campaign period. Anyone else who would like to use the video will need permission from LP Imaging. The final video cannot be edited or changed by clients, vendors or third parties. We can offer the option to re-edit the video if requested. There is an additional cost of $120 + GST per hour for editing.

Raw footage is not supplied to any party, including the client or vendor.

Delivery Times

Photos & floor plans can take up to 24-48 business hours. Property videos can take up to 4 working days. If you require a faster turnaround, please get in contact and we will see what we can do to accommodate your request. There may be an urgent rush fee of $100 incl. GST for this service.

Cancellations and Rescheduling

Please notify us 24 hours prior to the shoot date if you need to cancel or reschedule the shoot.

Real estate agents are responsible to check the weather before scheduling a shoot. We understand Auckland weather can change and recommend www.predictwind.com for an accurate weather report. Please let us know ASAP if you decide to reschedule. If it is raining at the time of the shoot, we may continue with the interior shots and wait or return for exteriors shots at another time (this may incur an additional cost for a re-visit).

While we are reasonably flexible, a $200 incl. GST call out fee may apply for incidences where we arrive at the property to find the shoot is cancelled. This includes denied access to the property or the home not being ready for photos and/or video etc.

Changes / Revisions

All marketing services receive two free revisions.

If you require any changes to your marketing material, all requests must be sent via email to the LP Imaging Revisions Team.
Changes requested after the two free revisions period, incur an additional charge of $138 incl GST per delivery.

Reshoots

This doesn’t happen often but if you are unhappy with the photos, video or service, please contact info@lpimaging.co.nz and we’ll resolve this for you ASAP. We try our best to accommodate any changes you have requested.

A reshoot fee may apply if a reshoot is required due to factors outside of LP Imaging's control e.g. changes to the staging, no power at property for a dusk shoot, a car or object is blocking the property etc. (that can not be edited in post)

Condition of the Property

Due to privacy reasons and respecting the home owner or tenants belongings, we will not move furniture, make beds or declutter the space.

Pricing & Quote / estimates:

All prices on our price list are subject to change without notice. Whilst we make every effort to provide you with the most accurate, up-to-date information, occasionally, one or more items on our price list may be mispriced. In the event a product is listed at an incorrect price due to typographical, photographic, or technical error, LP Imaging shall have the right to refuse or cancel any request for services/products listed at the incorrect price.

Any additional services requested by you and not covered by the estimate may incur additional charges.

We reserve the right to withdraw any quote or estimate or vary any quote or estimate at any time before the Client accepts the quote or estimate

Bookings & Schedule:

Our availability is subject to change without notice.

While we strive for accuracy, mistakes can sometimes happen. In the event of an incorrect booking time, you will be notified by email or phone, and given the option to accept the new booking date/time or cancel/postpone the booking.

If the photo shoot or video shoot exceeds the allocated booking time (usually 2 hours), we may extend the booking time or we may need to reschedule depending on our schedule. An additional fee of $200 incl. GST per hour applies.

Travel & Tolls:

Where travel by vehicle incurred on behalf of the client is either outside of the standard service zone for LP Imaging, or multiple trips to a location, will be charged as a return trip(s) to the client at the current rate recommended by the Inland Revenue Department or at the discretion of LP Imaging. Clients will only be charged for the distance outside of the standard service zone.

Standard & Extended Service Zone:

The standard service zone is inside the 30km radius from Browns Bay, North Shore, Auckland.

The extended service zone is outside the 30km radius from Browns Bay, North Shore, Auckland.
